It wasn't until I got the Nuttsling that I realized I had been wearing my cocksling backwards (you know, round dick through round hole, nuts through oblong hole). Ooops, that's not the way it goes, it turns out. Not that it makes much of a difference with the Cocksling, because the two parts are roughly the same length, where the Nuttsling has the longer testicular part.
With either -sling, bravo. Very comfortable. I recommend a little Gold Bond on the nut sack if you're prone to sweating so you don't end up with contact dermatitis with long-term wear.

Suggestion for the person who had trouble wearing the Nutt Sling long term. I had a similar problem at first and finally used Mr S Shaft Lube. After I shower and clean the Nutt Sling, I lube it and and slip it back on. Have worn it for days continuously (except in the shower) with no trouble (but with plenty of stimulation). I suggest you practice unobtrusively adjusting your balls when you sit, and you'll get better at it until it's almost automatic. Keep trying, it's worth the time!

It hurts if left on for too long. I don't see at all how people can wear this for more than a few hours. If you try to sit down with it on, your balls have nowhere to go unless you sit on the very edge of the chair. I tried every type of lube (water, oil, glycerin, and even powder) with this, and nothing kept it from becoming too uncomfortable. Especially while sleeping, I would wake up in the middle of the night and had to take it off. Very frustrating. Other than as an accessory to wear for fun, it fails for me. I cannot use it continuously to try to stretch my balls. It could just be that my sack is too short. I don't know. Good luck to the rest of you.
