We make the waist straps to fit from a 30 inch to a 44 inch waist... that's a very wide range... We suggest that after you get this piece and have fitted it on to the waist size that you feel works for you.... that you trim the excess leather straps down in back... evenly on both sides... for a nicer look. Even after you cut the straps down, you'll still have about a 4 inch waist adjustability. Master padlock included.
