I just got this thing the other day, and I absolutely love it. The thickness is just right, and the ridges are just slightly thicker, and really make for a nice extra stretch. The spiral design makes the toy feel like it's spiraling around inside your hole, which is really intense. When I stood up to let it slide out, it spun around like a giant screw (or a cyclone! :) Get this one, it's a trip!
