The ring in the front is 3" in diameter - and the four straps that connect to it all have snaps, so the ring can be replaced easily with a different size (3" is the largest we stock.) Four buckles (two at front, two on sides) allow you to really cinch the harness down to your body. The low waist/high band can be adjusted from 32"-42" and the leg straps can be adjusted from 15"-24".
