The Tusk is one of the original eight toys and went on to inspire a whole family of similar shapes. It rises in a large bending curve to best accommodate the body but also makes for easy and fun hands-free play. This shape is great when you feel like bouncing up and down on something ... the angle facilitates a good entry while kneeling and pushing back and forth. This angle, along with the ample base, keeps this as one of my preferred for solo play. The cross-section of the shaft is an oval so as to allow for the maximum circumference yet fit comfortably inside. The view here is of the wider side.

New in 2006 - Developed specially for SquarePeg this new advance in silicone technology finally makes a SuperSoft toy possible without any harmful plasticizers. Cast in a warm, metallic bronze color with occasional swirls that resemble a tiger's eye gemstone. The only special care requirement is that you store these toys upright and not allow creases or impressions from other objects to set into the surface and remain permanent. A slight oiliness may develop on the surface of this SuperSoft, if this occurs your basic dishwashing soap and hot water will remove it.
