I have the medium Severin. it is made out of very high quality silicone and the ass flange is very comfortable, however that said the 2 bump shape is much harder to put in than an regular plug shape of the same diameter. it just hurts to put in period, however it stays in well once you get it in. If you buy this I suggest you order one that is smaller than what you regularity use, as it will be a lot harder to put in than you think.
