This is an incredible enema nozzle. When the tube is inserted you can use the bulb to inflate the small balloon attached to the end expanding inside keeping it in place. Once inflated, the release valve keeps the balloon the desired size. This keeps the water in so even when you feel the urgency you don't have to bear down to hold it in. The tip of the nozzle, when attached to an enema bag or other water source, has an opening that allows water to pass through the entire length of the tube. You can use the small yellow pinch unit that allows you to remove the bulb and still keep the balloon inflated. A quick release valve allows instantaneous release.
