That is exactly what these are for. These adaptors allow you to use your current set of leads to juice up some sticky pads. You just place them over the bannan plugs and it converts them into pin leads. Tchukon

Hi there...I have the "sticky pads" and the "sticky pads leads." I dont really like the leads...wires seem to become come apart from the lead that connects into the pads. I have a 312 unit with the regular leads. Is this adaptor for my regular leads to connect to my sticky pads? Thanks,
