You may be surprised to see that water will shoot 5-6 feet out of the StreemMaster nozzle - yet this happens at a lower pressure and is therefore much safer and more comfortable than your traditional shower hose. In case you don't want this kind of flow rate, there's a substantial 12 position hose clamp so you have complete control over the output.
