I got one of these recently. All I can say is it is a great thing to own if you like urethral play. A must have, really. It does take a bit of force to turn the vibrations on, so you will want to turn it on before you insert it.

Had one for about a month. Its a really subtle toy, tried it 4 times & just now figured it out. Its for guys into sounding and edging (& who isn't?). After a thorough sounding session, building up the excitement right up to but not quite the point of no return, slipped in this vibrating sound and it really got me to the edge. My cockhead was buzzing, I'd squeeze it to increase the sensation, release it to slow down, then reached a point where the vibrating sound took over and brought me to a slow, steady, hands-free O. I'm an old time sounder, can take the whole thing in, including the 1/2" diameter top where the battery case is located. That's where the buzz is best. Cum 'O' time, the pressure forced it out, rising like a V-2 rocket, until the battery case past my PA hole, and then I shot goo out sideways! Recommend it!

Very subtle! Took me a couple tries to really appreciate it. I like sounding, and can take up to 1/2" diameter, which means I can take the entire Vibrating Urethral Sound, including the 3" motor case, where the vibration is strongest. After a thorough sounding session with my other toys, getting really hot, then sliding the vibrating sound down all the way, the sensation can be varied by pressing and releasing my cockhead, and then, when I'm right on the edge, leaving it alone to do its job gets me a great hands-free 'O'! I would say it would compare to a #8/9 sound. I measured it with the caliper and it read a bit above 1/4 inch.

For this particular product, my best suggestion is to use something like Cavicide. The dilemma is, products like Cavicide are only a non-porous surface disinfectants, so you'd have to be very careful and pay special attention cleaning some of the seams and crevices. Unlike other sounds, this one has sensitive mechanism that cannot be dipped/boiled like other sounds can.

Just recieved mine. was an awesome cum after a long slow stroke with it in. Alcohol swabs from the drugstore seem to work really well to clean it.

Highly recommend this to all who even think they might want to get into sounds. I tried it several times after a long sounding session and it drove me over the top each time. Never get tired of it and get rather hard just handling it, hmm must be the pavlove dog response. Recently had a bottom bound and getting into a sounding session. Toward the end of the session I placed a hood over his head and continued to work the sounds in his cock, and then replaced it with the vibrator...instant blast of cum all over!
