I have a few enema tools - bags with hoses, shower attachments, etc - and just got this one, and have to say it's my new favorite by far. Most of the annoyance with an enema is that it's time-consuming and potentially messy, involving tricky negotiation from the shower to the toilet with an ass full of water followed by annoying cleanup. This thing is so simple and quick to use it's just no comparison. I fill my sink with warm water with a little bit of a very gentle soap in it, and then I fill this thing directly from the sink. Squirt that up in there, immediately flush it out, repeat once or twice, and I'm done. Plus, it cleans up quickly and easily, and it's so thin I don't even need to use any lube with it.
