The concept:
Create a hybrid between dark, progressive music reminiscent of the leather bar/dance and what is typically designed as "play" soundscape for more intimate settings.

Through seamlessly weaving Residue's thirteen tracks, the intent is to create an album transcending genres while remaining engaging both as a full length, beat mixed dance album and a soundscape to invoke a primal nature while setting attention elsewhere.

While deciding the leave the overall sound of the album minimalist and somewhat raw, M. Arana's "Residue"will provide a unique listening experience to loose yourself in, no matter if you live in the darkness or are just an occasional visitor.

Included in the thirteen track offering:
ReBreathe, slave's creed, The Voice of Reason, Hung, Dirty boy and the long teased track Villain which injects a bit of tongue 'n' cheek humor to this dark blend worthy of any sensory deprived headphone ride.

While staying focused on continuity, he does enjoy being playful and admits that when he creates his "aura", he loves to weave in subtle components that occur on an almost subliminal level.
