While i'm sure it's as sturdy as it's counterpart, the 'stuffing' review below was intended for the NEO510/full muzzle version (and repeated there). Freudian review slip i guess, because i've been wishing since i first saw them that the muzzle came with this mouthpiece so i could wear it overnight ;) (Since i can't reliably mouth-breath for long)

Snug and sturdy as they say. Needs help with some extra stuffing to really shut me up as well as i imagine the padded leather version must.

Love it!
The muzzle is super comfortable and the gag sits perfectly. The ONLY thing that would make it better would be a locking version.
