Dear Matt- I would suggest a size Medium. If it's too tight, you may exchange them for a larger size.

HAVE 12 NARROW FEET, AND JUST BELOW THE KNEE AM 12 1/2 INCH. MY INSEAM IS 30 INCH. MY WAIST IS 33 INCH. WHAT SIZE WOULD FIT ME BEST? BUT NOT BE TOO TIGHT ON FEEET BUT NOT TO LOOSE ON THE TOP???

Can you tell me how the size on the latex long stockings equates to shoe size? My shoe size is 9 1/2.
