GREAT toy, be it for vaginal or anal use. Being inflatable, it's highly adjustable -- one size fits all, and when it fits TOO comfortably, well... one more squeeze of the buld takes care of that! Increases in length as well as girth as it's inflated. I've worn out the O-ring/washer/whatever on the control valve on mine, so I need to get a replacement one. I'll probably get two, actually, one for this model, and one for a larger inflatable I have from a different manufacturer on which I've never been happy with the original bulb. I've liked much better the bulb that came with this model. In all, highly recommended.
