A very simple but effective way of restraining the hands for a good flogging. This inexpensive set of sling straps is a simpler version of the Mr. S Hand Slings (SL210). They are quick to put on and easily allow the victim to grab hold of the soft greasy leather vertical straps for support. Heavy welded 'D" rings are riveted to the top for anchoring to the suspension bars. These new Sling Straps are lightweight and easy to pack and travel with.
