Keep that boy bent over! This new spreader bar comes with heavy leather attached wrist and ankle restraints. The ankle cuffs are bolted to the sides of the spreader and fixed in place. The wrist cuffs are attached, but can rotate. Four locks are included - a great piece for the price!
