Hand pump works great with my tit cylinders but I can't get the guage above 0 for the cock cylinder. Any suggestions to get more suction ?

I would suggest you try our silicone sleeve for the cock cylinder, try some extra lube, or maybe a trim if you're hairy in order to get a better seal.
