I've used these for years and have gone through a couple of hundred rings. I do not leave them on longer than 30 minutes, so put them on near the end of a long session. While clamping the areola can feel great, elastration is much better. Clamps tend to make the nipple most sensitive along one axis. The rings cause uniform and overwhelming sensitivity all the way around, twisting, pulling, crushing, etc. in any direction. Yes, I have enormous nipples and areolas, largely from this form of stimulation. If you are deliriously incapacitated by someone twisting your nipples, you seriously need to get into elastration.

If you love tough tit play you need an elastrator. You can create the most fantastic sensations and orgasms with this level of nipple torture. When elastrated, the nipple becomes extremely more sensitive to soft and hard touch. Gently touching or stroking of the engorged nipple produces waves of pleasure in the breasts and the entire body. Gently twisting and squeezing both nipples can drive you to orgasm if you are very sensitive. You must have the right kind of scissors (sold below on this page) to cut off the rings when you're done. Although it is theoretically possible to get them off with ordinary small scissors, it's not at all pleasant or convenient. With the special scissors you just hook the curved tip under the ring and then close the scissor. The ring is cut and pops right off. I limit my sessions to 15 minutes. This means if I'm playing a long time I'll elastrate at the very end. Once you're elastrated you will hardly be able to think of doing anything but twisting and squeezing your nipples and cumming like Old Faithful. I have very large nipples (~0.5" diameter) and I think frequent elastration has contributed to that growth. To me this is definitely NOT a toy for pain. It enables incredible pleasure.

What is the length of time one would leave these on, before any damage may be done? What are the medical pros and cons about this item? Patrick
