This masterful work of art would be a prize in anyone's collection of whips. A 16 plat weave of kangaroo leather, tightly woven into a whip you can finish off anyone's back. Use with a light touch, you can whisper your throws gently over your victims flesh. Used with full force or even less, you could open up their backs and easily draw blood.

This is not a beginner's whip. But for those skilled in the art of flogging it will be one of your favorite tools for taking your subject out to another planet. This high end Tom Cat is an absolute beauty to hold onto.

The woven handles measures 16" inches and the 9 tails measure 18" inches each, for a total length of almost 3 feet.
