I've had this whip used on me by 'novices' and at least one 'world-class' ( I hate that over used phrase, but here it is true ) player. The description is very accurate. In the right hands, it can just tap,tap,tap the skin, or leave a mark you'll not soon forget, and if desired it can cut the skin! This is great for mild-to-wild play! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely love it, one of my best purchases. Pretty intense at any level though; it can create a nice crack noise too. When out with it people always want to stroke it.

The 2'lagree latigo tip has 3 excellent features. First, it requires comparatively low skill because you strike the skin directly like a flogger rather than having to crack it with high precision. Secondly, it allows for a very wide range of easily controlled pain intensities. Third, extreme pain can be achieved with marks that disappear within an hour or two, remarkably.
The sensations are all "sharp," ranging from snappy kisses to wicked torture. The blow is to the outer skin. Unless struck very harshly, the impact is to the skin with very little penetration. This is the only flogger I've known that can safely deliver significant pain to the lower back.
That this is not the most popular whip in the bdsm community is merely the lack of knowledge.
