this product is great. my master puts them on me at night behind my back and then places me in my cage. they are heavy, but not too heavy. they are very comfortable though. they are hooked to my locking waist belt. no movement and then for added stress. i am place in my deprivation hood. makes for a nice night.

As comfortable as rope, allows you to pull and tug on them without eating a gash in your wrist.

Is this the model 15? The name HC17 is confusing as there doesn't seem to be a Clejuso 17 except for one that uses a cuff on one end and an anchor on the other.
