In a world where customer service is fading fast, most retailers could learn many things about how to help a customer buy the best product that they have to offer. Order received today, Thursday (order placed 3pm Wed). This may be a North American record for speed!
The harness in the first order is SUPER!!!!! It's the most comfortable leather I've ever used, and it's not even "broken in " yet. But(t), the "World's Most Comfortable Butt Plug" truly lives up to its name. Hats off to the designer(s). Just an amazing sensation when in place, yet the least hassle for insertion and removal. Anything else that size and filling has always been, not to be facetious, a real "pain in the a--" when it comes to insertion and removal. A super product!!

To the Managers at Mr. S,
I would like to Thank each of you, especially JoshR & JM for all the
assitance and attention that I was given on 7 & 8 May 2011 when I came into
the Store to "rebuild" my Leather and Nasty Pig Collection.
When I left my Ex-husband in Iowa to move to San Francisco last year, I left
behind all my Leather, boots, toys, and Nasty Pig collections behind, so I
could rebuild my life again here in SFC. We had purchased alot of our
collection from Mr. S, and I had purchased items from Mr. S at MAL over the
years as well. Upon entering the store, I was warmly welcome, and the
staff, especially these 2 leathermen, literally bent over backwards to help
me spend nearly $1K in purchases over the two days. NEVER have I been
treated this good in any Leather store I have ever been in (as a former
titleholder, I have been in ALOT of stores thru out the US)in my entire
life!
Every item I wanted was in stock, except for one, and Josh made sure to
order that item, and told me he would call me when it arrived. I was blown
away at such customer service, from everyone. One item I had to return for
an exchange due to a sewing defect. I was treated with respect and JM took
prompt care of me, making sure I got another Nasty Pig Jock, and that this
one was sewn correctly, so that when I "play" in it, it will stand up to the
punishment I plan to endure in it. As Martha Stewart would say..."Its a
good thing!"
Again, Thank you so much for all you have done, and YES, you have a
DEDICATED Leatherboi as a client for life! Please be sure to Tell Josh & JM
how much I appreciate their help and give a big WOOF to them both! They

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you. I was in earlier this week and purchased a Carrera Chastity Belt. I know it took a good portion of your afternoon. The belt fits perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased. I also would like to let you know what a nice time it was being in the store. Santiago and Drew were both extremely helpful and genuinely friendly.
It was a great shopping and customer service experience. The store is nicely laid out and very easy to shop in. Comfortable and classy comes to mind. I am a huge fan of and purchase most of my main stream civilian clothes from Nordstrom. I have several great customer service stories from Nordstrom that I won't bore you with here. In any case, Mr. S is right up there with Nordstrom when it comes to a great customer & shopping experience. I look forward to adding to my collection in the future and now have several items on my list of 'must haves'!

Please accept my compliments on the efficient way this transaction was handled. I received an acknowledgment of my order, a pdf receipt, a shipping notice and a separate notice from the carrier with a tracking number. The order is due to arrive today. In contrast, at the same time I placed another order for an equal amount from another adult retailer. No acknowledgment of my order, no receipt, no shipping notice....and I called today to find nothing had shipped yet despite a request for expedited shipping. You 'get' customer service. Others apparently don't, so you will get my money in the future.

I am very new to this part of my life but what a great purchase this harness was. The in person custom fitting was OUTSTANDING and I cannot thank them enough for their support. The product was worn at MATES LEATHER WEEKEND and many guys wanted it.. but it is mine... I did get the extra strap that goes down into your jockstrap...and it was nice getting it tugged on.

I just wanted to say I had a good experience today at Mr. S... I had been vacillating for quite some time on buying a rubber cat suit and had decided for sure that now was the time to do it.
Your staff was helpful, Kirk and Jim especially. They helped me get a good fitting, and assured me that a suit could be made to order if necessary (which I had not known could happen.) They did not hurry me through the sale, but encouraged me to wear the suit for a bit and feel the fit over time; a good idea because I was having trouble getting it up over my calves. The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable.

I recently purchased the cocksling and it gave me the long lasting grip I had hope for. The added spice to intercourse was super and the orgasm it created was kneequaking!! I was overjoyed with the experience of shopping at Mr. S Leather this last Wednesday the 13th of October. It was my first time in a place of such incredible creative diversity of items I barely knew where to begin! But, with the aid of one very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable sale associate a Jim C. I quickly purchased an E232 Unit and some accessories. The E232 was all Jim said it was and more so, thanks to Mr. S Leather and Jim C, my tight fisted boy friend Richard has decided to give me a month budget for toys (Yeah!) and I can wait until the first of November to come back and purchase some more toys.

We just purchased several new items from your store. I am so glad we invested the extra money to get the quality that Mr. S delivers. We purchased the chaps - let me tell you how great they look on my boy. They are truly made to measure. They fit him skin tight and when those side zipper close, it’s amazing. To go along with them we also purchased a leather jock with several cod pieces that set off the chaps even more. Then came the chaps shorts - they work perfectly with chaps.

When I was in SF for Dore Alley I made several trips into Mr. S. As a middle-aged man with 30 pounds to lose there can be times when I go into some stores and don't feel like I get service. Over 5 days, I stopped in daily and got excellent service and assistance. Jim in particular was very helpful to me on more than one occasion offering me guidance. He made me feel more than welcome. He even remembered my name after the first day - which is pretty incredible considering the amount of traffic you guys got over the week.
For me - getting excellent service is important. I do a lot of teaching in our community and am frequently called upon by my students in various bdsm, fetish, and leather classes to offer advice on where to shop. Mr. S will continue to get glowing recommendations from me for the high quality items you carry and for your commitment to the customers and their experience.
When I left for SF, I said I probably would not do much shopping as I already have several thousands of dollars in toys...well I am a happy man now with more new toys to play with thanks to Mr. S and your great staff.

Before too much time passes, I want to get this out to you.
I came into your store today looking for one item, tit clamps. I've been there before but not for a few years. When I entered, Patrick greeted me and asked me if there was anything he could help me with...I told him I was looking for tit clamps and he showed me all the different kinds. Being new to tit clamps, he opened-up the package and told me to drop my pants around my ankles...I thought I misheard, and so I asked him again, and he repeated it...so, naive as I am, I actually started to open my belt (Patrick had his passive face on but I'm sure he was thinking "what a idiot! grin>). I realized that he was putting me on, and so I lifted my tee shirt so he could demonstrate the tit clamps, which was really very nice. Sold!
Then I looked around at the store, and being kind of shy and reticent, I spoke with Seth...I asked questions about e-Stim, and he showed me all the paraphernalia, including a lavender wand...fascinating. Then when I noticed the sounding equipment and catheters, they called Josh over, and we talked about everything in the case for awhile.
I want to tell you, it was quite an education. I'm very curious about leather and S/M but at my older age, it feels a bit silly to be looking around...yet I realize that it's never too late to learn new things, and pleasure should not be confined to the young. In my work role, excellent service is the most important thing an employee can offer a customer, and I have to say, I was impressed by each of the men for their openness and helpfulness. Patrick and Seth were fun, knowledgeable, and helpful. They offered to help me try on some of the items I was looking at but my shyness kept me from agreeing at that moment but I am curious and I want to return sometime soon, and take well, particularly Seth up on his offer, not because Patrick or Josh weren't great, they were...Seth simply gave me a level of customer service that especially resonated. My Sir (SirNContrl) and i visited Mr. S on two occasions (March 1st and 7th) recently while i was in the area on business. On both visits, i was assisted by Josh - who provided EXCELLENT customer service. Being a novice to the lifestyle, available gear and specifically sizing options, Josh took personal interest and time - missing even his lunch, to assist me. Whether showing me the gear in the store, assisting in making selections, or helping me try on the gear - he quite frankly expressed, to cut to the chase, that he gave a damn that we were satisfied. His efforts were directly responsible for us investing more than $3000 in new gear in your store - which might have been spent at one of your competitors down in the L.A. area.
In my professional life i'm an executive consultant and completely understand the value of great client service. i wanted to provide you some positive feedback - since often times all we seem to hear is negative.
