Mr S Leather Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure the safety and health of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with any bodily fluid. Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-returnable. Due to the nature of Latex Clothing, Dildos, Pin-Prick pieces, Custom and Made-to-Measure products, all sales of these items will be considered final. Please check sizes or other requirements carefully when ordering.

We pride ourselves on supplying the very best quality available. Should any item be defective in workmanship, it will gladly be exchanged or repaired. A store credit will be issued on items returned in unused and new condition for any other reason within 90 days. We do not issue cash, check, or credit card refunds. Please contact us before sending in a return as a Return Authorization will be given to you to ensure proper handling of your merchandise.
