Mr S Leather and Affiliates Return or Exchange for Store Credit Only Policy

To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with any bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, et al).  Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable.

Any item that is defective in workmanship will be exchanged or repaired. A store credit will be issued on items returned in unused and new condition for any other reason. Due to the nature of Latex Clothing, Butt Toys, Pin Prick pieces, Custom and Made-to-Measure items, we cannot take returns on these items. Please check sizes or other requirements carefully when ordering

These items include (but we are not limited to):

• ANY dildo or vibrator.

• ANY enema kits.

• ANY item that breaks the surface of the skin.

• ANY latex clothing

• ANY item that is inserted into the penis, vagina or anus.

• ANY mouth gag.

• ANY chastity device.

• ANY custom & made-to-measure items

How to arrange your return or exchange: Please contact mailorder@mr-s-leather.com to receive approval to return. All products returned should be 100 percent complete and in new condition, in the original box and contain all original warranties and manuals.
