Bicep Sizing

When measuring for an armband, wrap a cloth tape around your arm at the point where your bicep meets your shoulder muscle. Don't pull too tight and do not flex your arm when measuring.


Small 10" - 11" 25 - 28 cm
Medium 11" - 12" 28 - 30 cm
Large 12" - 13" 30 - 33 cm
X-Large 13" - 14" 33 - 36 cm
XX-Large 14" - 15" 36 - 38 cm
