Puppy Play Book

I find most of my issues within the first few chapters of this book. It contains a plethora of misinformation concerning historical and anthropological concepts that could've been solved with a cursory google search. I think the existence of this book is important, and it is important for pups (new and old) to have access to information about the community. But this book fails in it's first 2 chapters. At the top of page 20 there is a plainly incorrect definition of animism, I caught it because I have a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and animism is a spiritual and religious concept.

Very educational and fun to read. Definitely a must for anyone interested in pup play or any fetishes. I've been in the scene for over a decade and still learned a lot from this book.

Been looking for a book like this for a while, I think it is great! A little pricey but still worth adding to my collection!

This was a terrific and enjoyable read. Beautiful color pictures, very informative. From the History of Puppy Play to Headspace to Getting Started to Gear and everything in between. 5 out of 5 Barks.

I really enjoyed the book. Beautiful pictures, fun and educative to read. It answered all my questions about this universe.

I was excited to read this with my pup. I'm 2 years into pup play, but I haven't went to any 101 sessions and have done very little research on pup play. I unfortunately learned very little from the book. What I didn't realize was this book is self-published and barely edited. Each page contains facts without sources, opinions as fact, and many contradictions. The style and formatting often change, and the charts are sometimes hard to read. The author, a pup himself, keeps the book light and fun. There are also some nice photos of pups in color. However, I can't in good faith recommend this book. The other ratings must be from those friends with the author. I'm hoping this feedback will help influence the time and processes the author takes for his next book, which is in the works.
