Bicep Sizing
Measures approximately 1 ¾” thick.
When measuring for an armband, wrap a cloth tape around your arm at the point where your bicep meets your shoulder muscle - NOT the peak of your bicep. Don't pull too tight, but make sure the tape is snug. Do not flex your arm when measuring - hold it straight out in front of you, parallel to the floor.
