Use these with dry hands. You really do need to twist the barrel to tighten and loosen these correctly. But it's pretty comfortable once it's on (as comfortable as having your nips squeezed that is)
The chain design is terrible though. It knots in on itself extremely easily, but breaking up the knot is extremely hard. It's almost like it was designed for the chain to turn into a big knot. Make sure to store these carefully.
