I bought mine about a year ago and I have, so far, had no problems. Early on I broke the control dial. Mr-S-Leather connected me to the supplier of the control dial and helped facilitate a replacement for me. Your customer service has been excellent. I have put it to the test by backing up to the base on my dildos and making the machine buck. It keeps on ploughing. My only issue is the weight. It is heavy, to be sure. But, that weight serves to keep it in place and helps to ensure a good solid thrust from the motor. I am very happy with mine!

It’s an investment and it’s heavy machinery but worth it. Takes a few tries to get the hang of the adjustments for height and angle just right but once you master it, your ass will be made very happy. Definitely recommend the vac u lock adapter because the standard Velcro mount is iffy keeping larger toys attached. Here’s a hint guys...if you’re handy, I used a power drill and made holes in all of my favorite toys making them compatible with the vac u lock. Your toy won’t fall off in the middle of a rough session. Also, be very careful knowing what speed the control is set at before you flip the power switch. I learned this the hard way. Again, it’s heavy machinery and should be used cautiously. One more thing, the guys at Mr. S are top notch with customer service. Everything I’ve ordered arrived carefully packaged and discrete. I had one item that was missing and they responded to my email within minutes. The missing item was sent and they upgraded to expedited delivery as a courtesy. This machine is awesome. It may take a little while to find the best way to position it for optimal comfort. Once I found a great configuration I marked the locator pins so that I'll quickly know how to reassemble the beast.It's very quiet, and has multiple thrust lengths that'll satisfy your need for a deep, deep fuck. The speed adjustment knob has a long cord so you can speed things up, or slow them down for a gentler ride. I am into heavy ass play with some big toys. I got the XL version to handle the heavy toys. Well... What a machine. It's power doesn't hesitate to push it in you, even at slow speeds. At its fastest it is about2 full stokes a second. Trust me that is fast enough to get anybody worked up. The only negative is that it is heavy equipment and although set-up is very easy, getting just the right position takes a few tries. Also a benefit is that it is heavy duty and is very sturdy. I have now marked my favorate posistion for easy set-up now. This thing is great and never give out. I would highly recommend to anyone that really like a good long hard pounding.

Bought this. Loved it. Used it for a couple of years. Then it started not working sporadically. Became jerky, then it seems to have developed an electrial short. Contacted Mr. S. they referred me to the manufacturor who, it's been a couple of weeks and no response. Tends to loosen and need to retighted joints before each use and sometimes mid use. Rotator bar has become bent and the screw pulls out mid use.
